MRS. JAMES FATLAND RITES ARE FRIDAY

CLEAR LAKE – Funeral services for Mrs. James (Eva) Fatland, 49, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Zion Lutheran Church. She died Monday at a Mason City hospital. Mrs. Fatland was an owner and operator of the Lake Café, had previously operated the Fatland Bakery from her home, and managed the airport restaurant. Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Ward-Van Slyke Funeral Home. Burial will be in Clear Lake Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, James, a son, Silas, at home, two daughters, Olina, at home, and Mrs. Mark (Sinva) Neuberger, Mason City; a brother, William Velau, Klemme, a sister, Mrs. Donald Alden.
