March 13, 1862 --- May 5, 1887

Angenette Pringle ["Nettie"] was born March 31st, 1862 and died May 5th, 1887. She was married to S. A. D. Pringle Feb. 22nd, 1883. She was a woman of more than ordinary ability, and was well known as one of the school teachers of Hamilton county. She was respected and loved by all who knew her. The funeral took place at her home in Wright county, conducted by Rev. H. G. McBride. Many weeping friends followed her remains to Cass township cemetery. She leaves a husband and father and mother, with many friends to mourn their loss.

Farewell, dear wife, but not forever
Thou wert kind and true to me
And again I hope to meet thee
In the great eternity.

Then will one approach the brink
With a hand extended:
One whose thoughts we love to think
E'er the vale was rended;
Saying: welcome, we have died
And again are side by side.
