Phyllis Ann Hutchinson, 74 of Fort Dodge, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2015 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge. Her wishes were to be cremated. Memorial services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at the Gunderson Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the North Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Wednesday at the Gunderson Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Fort Dodge.

Phyllis is survived by her three grandchildren, Ashley Feauto of Fort Dodge, Ryan Feauto of Fort Dodge, and Randy Feauto of Illinois; her four great grandchildren, Kyla Thoma, Connor Thoma, Donovan Habhab, and Deklan Vaala; also her brother Duane (Mary) Halverson of New Brighton, Minnesota. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Norman, and her daughter Patricia Feauto.

Phyllis Ann Halverson, the daughter of Chester and Rose (Wagner) Halverson, was born December 2, 1940 in Fort Dodge and in 1959, she graduated from Eagle Grove High School. On December 18, 1961, Phyllis was united in marriage to Norman Hutchinson in Long Beach, California. Phyllis worked in the business office of Target for 32 years. Her husband Norman passed away on September 28, 1998 and her daughter Patricia passed away on September 9, 2004. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
