Relatives of J. H. Huppert received word Wednesday of his sudden death at his home in Galt, Iowa. The body will arrive here today and the funeral will be held from the home of Ben Enghausen to the M. E. church at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon, thence to Mt. Hope cemetery [Sibley, Illinois]. Mr. Huppert was for many years one of the tenants of the Sibley estate and had many warm friends in this vicinity. He and his family moved to Iowa about two years ago.
