Lola Rengstorf was born on November 27, 1924, to Henry and Hilda Henrietta True Rengstorf at Marysville, Kansas. The family moved from Marysville to Eagle Grove, Iowa, and she graduated from Eagle Grove High School. On October 29, 1943, she was united in marriage to Robert Earl Gilbranson at Woolstock, Iowa. She was a member of Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Eagle Grove. Lola Gilbranson died Friday, March 12, 1999, at her home at the age of 74. Survivors include one daughter, Linda Burras of Eagle Grove; and other relatives and friends. Graveside services were held Monday, March 15,1999, at 11 a.m. at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Eagle Grove with Reverend Neil Hayen officiating. Willim Funeral Home in Eagle Grove was in charge of arrangements.
