March 5, 1884 --- November 1, 1969

Funeral services for Henry C. Rengstorf, 75, were held Tuesday afternoon in the Mount Calvary Lutheran church. Rev. O. E. Weiss officiated and burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery. Mr. Rengstorf died Saturday evening in Bethesda General Hospital, Fort Dodge, where he had been a patient for a short time. He had been ill and confined to his home for many years and hospitalized at various times. Mr. Rengstorf was a former Eagle Grove business man and was in the implement, automobile and garage business for several years. He was a charter member of the Mount Calvary Lutheran Church.

Surviving are his wife [Hilda], two daughters, Mrs. Howard Lockwood of Humboldt, Mrs. Robert Gilbranson of Eagle Grove, and one son, Delmer of Porterville, Calif. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, a brother George in Ceylon, Minn., a half brother John Rengstorf of Winner, S.D., two sisters, Mrs. Marie True of Omaha, Neb., and Mrs. Clara Harms of Beatrice, Neb., and a half sister, Mrs. Louise Blanke of Marysville, Kans.

Mr. Rengstorf was born in Bremen, Kan., March 5, 1894.
