Jacqueline Kay Schlesky, 36, of Clarion, died Monday (Sept. 15, 1997) at St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at St. Olaf Lutheran Church, rural Belmond, with the Rev. Lowell Halvorson officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Clarion. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the Willim Funeral Home, and one hour prior to services at the church.

Jacqueline Kay Nelsen was born on May 1, 1961, at Belmond. She is survived by her husband, Kevin Schlesky; her son, Ryan; her parents, Don and Joann Nelsen; a brother, Craig Nelsen; and her grandmother, Bernice Sebert. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, her paternal grandfather and one son.
