June 11, 1922 --- July 13, 1923

Jane Elizabeth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Brauman of Eagle Grove, died July 13th from eating candy cascara pills. The little girl had gotten the pill box and had evidently eaten a number of the pills. She suffered convulsions and the parents took her to a hospital for treatment but she died soon after. The child was born June 11, 1922, and was an only child.
