WATERLOO -- Byron Frohling was born on Feb. 28, 1939, in Belmond. Byron has gone to Heaven to be with his wife, three brothers, three sisters and his mother and father at 12:01 a.m. Thursday, April 17, 2014. Byron retired from John Deere after working there for 26 years. He has four children: Vicki (Jeremy Milton) Taylor of Waterville, Minn., Steve (Sharon) Frohling of Waterloo, Terry (Carol Anderson) Frohling of Waterloo, and Curtis Frohling of Waterloo, and special friend Myra Frohling. He also has seven grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Byron will be missed by family and friends. He enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, spending time with his kids and grandkids and complaining about the weather. Cards can be sent to 1170 Lorraine Ave., Waterloo, IA 50702.
