Susan Lee Herbst, 50, of Webster City, formerly of Clarion, died Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at her home. Funeral Services for Susan Herbst will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at First United Methodist Church, 201 3rd Avenue North East in Clarion with Pastor Don Morrison officiating. Burial will take place in Evergreen Cemetery in Clarion. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Ewing Funeral Home, 1801 Central Avenue East in Clarion and will continue one hour prior to services at the church.
Susan was born October 18, 1963, in Clarion. She was confirmed in the Clarion United Methodist Church and graduated from Clarion-Goldfield High School in 1982. Susan is survived by her father, Robert Herbst of Clarion; sister, Patricia L. (Jerry) Swanson of Williams and nephew, Nathan Swanson. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jane Herbst.
