Hold Rites Sunday for Garner Woman

Garner - Funeral services for Mrs. R. H. [Rudolph] Hartwig, 78, will be held Sunday at 10 a.m. at the Bohn Funeral Home at Garner and at 2 p.m. at the Methodist Church at Kanawha, the Rev. S. W. Cunninghan of Garner officiating. Burial in the Kanawha Cemetery. She died at her home here Friday afternoon. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Ralph Yepson of Jefferson, Mrs. L. M. Brower of Garner and Miss DeEtta Hartwig at home; two sons, Merle of Fort Worth, Tex, and Robert of Garner; 13 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Mrs. Hartwig was born at Manson Feb 12, 1875, to Mr. and Mrs. Hiram Perkins. She was married in 1896 and had lived in Hancock County since. Her husband died in 1933.
