Elsebeth (Betty) A. Hafermann, 84, went home to be with the Lord on June 24, 2013. Betty was a resident of Green Bay for most of her life. She lived a very private, quiet existence; and was blessed to have an enduring faith in our Lord. She was employed at Green Bay Packaging for several years until her retirement. Betty married Frank Emil Hafermann on July 31, 1970, in Meservey, Iowa and resided there until 1993. Survivors include, one sister, JoAnne M. Smith, Eden Prairie, Minn.; one brother, Robert (Evelyn) Garner, Shipman, Ill.; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank; parents, Elna and Neil Garner; sister, Rita Simon; and brother, William Garner. Malcore Funeral Home assisted the Family. Private services will be held on a future date with Interment at Allouez Catholic Cemetery-Mausoleum.
