April 23, 1913 ---- December 15, 1935

Funeral services for Frank Vander Brink, twenty-two year old son of Mr. and Mrs. William Vander Brink, will be held Thursday in the Old Reformed Church. Rev. William Vander Hoef will officiate. Burial will be in the Sioux Center Cemetery. The young man had been ill for 13 days with pneumonia and died about seven o’clock Sunday evening.

Frank Vander Brink was born April 23, 1913, in Freemont, Michigan. When ten years old he moved with his parents to South Holland, Illinois. From there they moved to Wright County, Iowa and for the last eight years he with his parents has made his home near Sioux Center.

Survivors include the young man’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Vander Brink; and a sister, Ida. Relatives from a distance who have arrived to attend the services are Mr. and Mrs. D. J. Van Drunnen and daughter Wilmetta, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Van Drunnen and Mr. and Mrs. Dick Vogel, all from South Holland, Illinois, and Mr. and Mrs. John Vogel, Corsica, South Dakota.
