Mrs. Hilda Swart, 82, of Sioux Center, died Thursday in the Sioux Center nursing home. Services were Monday in the Bethel Reformed Church. The Rev. Duane Tinklenberg officiated. Burial was in Hope Cemetery at Hull.

Mrs. Swart, the former Hilda Moorlag, was born Oct. 12, 1902 in Wright County. She was raised and attended school in Roseland, Minn. She married Henry Noble, Feb. 13, 1930 in Rock Valley. They farmed in the Hull area 15 years. Mr. Noble died in 1945. She married Albert Swart in August of 1956 at Roseland, Minn. They lived in the Roseland area. Mr. Swart died in 1974. She moved to Sioux Center in 1974.

Survivors include two sons: Bernard of Milaca, Minn. and John of LeMars; four daughters, Mrs. Garret (Harriet) Van Voorst of Inwood; Mrs. Wayne (Joanne) Altena of Ireton; Mrs. Bill (Hertilda) Davelaar of Maurice, and Mrs. Chris (Henrietta) Schiebout of Milaca, Minn.; two step daughters, Mrs. Harold (Gertrude) Tebben, and Mrs. Arnold (Margie) Brouwer, both of Clara City, Minn; two step sons, Henry Swart of Prinsburg, Minn. and Stanley Swart of Blomkest, Minn; 46 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
