Gary Elliott, 55, of Webster City, died Saturday, March 14, 2009 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Foster Chapel, with Rev. Dr. Mike Kroona officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday and prior to the service on Thursday.

Gary Dean Elliott, son of Harold and Martha Ford Elliott, was born June 8, 1953 at Webster City. He attended Webster City schools and Greenfield High School. On May 26, 1973 he married Donna Rae Jensen at Ringstad. The couple resided at Webster City. He was employed as a line worker for Electrolux. The couple were later divorced. He worked as a painter and concrete finisher for Peterson Construction since 1973. Gary is survived by a companion of many years, Pam Patro; sons, Keenan and Dustin Elliott, both of Webster City; Cody Patro of Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Chad Ell of Eagle Grove; grandchildren, Christopher and MaKayla Elliott; Brianna Ell; Kirra Love Patro; brothers and sister-in-law, Harold and Jim Elliott, both of Webster City; Richard and Eilene Elliott of Lake Cornelia; brother-in-law, Keith Nerem of Webster City; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Danny Elliott and Sheryl Nerem. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and past member of the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and woodworking.
