FUNERAL SERVICES FOR WM. CLAUSSEN, 65, SUNDAY, NOV. 21

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, November 21, from the St. Paul Lutheran church in Renwick for William Claussen, 65, of Renwick. Rev. R. J. Huck officiated at the service. Interment was in the Vernon Cemetery. He is survived by his widow, four brothers, John, Peter, Henry and Claus. Mr. Claussen passed away at his home in Renwick early Thursday morning following a heart attack. Pallbearers were: Ralph Anderson, George Bell, Henry Bloom Jr. Henry Klasse, Sam Flogstad and Elston Ashpole. He was a member, of the St. Paul Lutheran church since 1926. Shortly after his marriage, Mr. Claussen operated a blacksmith shop for several years. He was employed as a blacksmith and machinist, by S. H. Klassie before his illness.
