WEBSTER CITY, IA -- Dennis D. Rholl, 63, of Fort Myers, Florida, died Thursday, July 13, 2006 at Fort Myers. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2006 at the Foster Chapel, with the Rev. Ed Ward officiating. Visitation will be at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center two hours before the service.

Dennis D. Rholl, 63, of Fort Myers, Florida, died Thursday, July 13, 2006, at Fort Myers. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2006 at the Foster Chapel, with Rev. Ed Ward officiating. Visitation will be at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center one hour before the service.

Dennis Donald Rholl, son of Harold and Loraine Larick Rholl, was born July 28, 1942 at Mason City. He received his education at Woolstock and Eagle Grove, graduating in 1960. He also attended Buena Vista University at Storm Lake. He started in the electrical business with his father. On August 6, 1961, he married Sharon Lee Fryslie at Eagle Grove. The couple resided at Webster City where he continued in the electrical business. In 1972, they moved to Marshalltown where he worked at the Lennox Company. They returned to Webster City in 1974 and he bought Park Electric from his father. The company's name was later changed to Rholl Electric. The couple divorced in 1993. He moved to Florida in the spring of 2004.

Denny is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Robin Rholl; Brad and Jill Rholl; daughter and son-in-law, Tami and Ken Ambrose; grandchildren, Amanda and Christian Rholl; Samantha Vit, Brandon, Dustin, Carter and Maddisen Rholl; Hank and Abe Ambrose; all of Webster City; sister and brother-in-law, Jody and Patrick Neary of Oconomowoc, WI; brother, Bruce Rholl of Woolstock; a niece and a nephew; his extended family, Jan Frerichs of Fort Myers; Brad, Stacy and Kim and Amy Frerichs; Betty Sweet of Garrison, MN; Tena Johnson of Jewell. He was preceded in death by his parents and lifelong friend, Kenny Sweet.

He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, a former Webster City Elks member, former Webster City Country Club member, Iowa Electrical Association, National Electrical Association, he loved to fish, golf, hunt and watch his grandchildren grow.
