Arvig Nelson is Buried Here

Graveside rites and burial were held here Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock for Arvig C. Nelson, 68, of Clear Lake formerly of Goldfield. Mr. Nelson died Sunday morning in a Mason City hospital following a long illness. Funeral services were held in Clear Lake earlier that afternoon in charge of Rev. Kay Mills of Goldfield. Mr. Nelson was the husband of the former Ione Conkings of Eagle Grove. They lived in Mason City and Clear Lake for many years. He is survived by his wife, two half-brothers, Nels Nelson and Lauritz Nelson of Goldfield, two half-sisters Mrs. F. A. Larson of Mason City and Miss Anina Hanson of the IOOF Home, Mason City. He was an uncle of Cecil Wilde of Eagle Grove.
