Funeral services for Mrs. Josephine Collins, 87, who died at a nursing home here at 9:30 P.M. Thursday, will be held at the Coens Home for Funerals here at 10 A.M. Monday. Rev R. G. W. Collins Pastor of the First Christian Church, will officiate. Burial will be at Red Oak, Iowa. Mrs. Collins had lived in Creston for many years but had recently been living with her grandson Bernard Pickerel, at Rowan, Iowa. She was brought to the nursing home here Wednesday. Her death followed a lengthy illness. Mrs. Collins was born in Iowa, May 5, 1866. She was married to Grant Collins, who preceded her in death nearly 30 years ago. Surviving are a son Harry Hoagland of Pasadena, California and Hazel Berg of Englewood, California.
