Mrs. W. Copp succumbs to long illness

EAGLE GROVE — Mrs. William (Nellie Georgia) Copp, 73, died Sunday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Leonard Rising, in Eagle Grove, after an illness of several weeks. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Kastler Funeral Home with the Rev. Roy Cox of the Methodist Church officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery, Eagle Grove. Mrs. Copp lived in Eagle Grove 63 years. Surviving are her husband, William; a son, William Copp Jr., Seattle, Wash.; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence Hasen of Hermiston, Ore., and Mrs. Leonard Rising, Eagle Grove; two grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
