Hold Morris Gardner Rites at Eagle Grove

Eagle Grove — Funeral services for Morris L. Gardner, 72, retired barber, were held Saturday. The Rev. William Baddeley of Lakeview officiated. Burial was made in Woolstock cemetery. He is survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. Veva Bygness, Eagle Grove, and a daughter in Oregon. Mrs. Gardner died in February this year. Mr. Gardner was born in Clear Lake, and lived for a time in Kansas; about 40 years in the state, and 19 years in Eagle Grove. It is not known just when death occurred, but he had been dead for some time when found in his bed.
