Arthur W. Andrews, 88, of 250 E. Pleasant Valley Road, Oxnard, died Monday evening in a local hospital following a brief illness. Born Aug. 13, 1883, Livingston County, Mo., he had been a resident of the county for eight years, coming from Fort Dodge, Iowa. He was a retired building engineer for the Fort Dodge Mercy Hospital. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Daisy C. Andrews of Oxnard; two daughters, Mrs. Clifford Moon of Eagle Grove, Iowa, and Mrs. Joe Crawford of Mourland, Iowa; and a sister, Mrs. Bertha Egli of Oxnard. Rosary was conducted Tuesday at the James A. Reardon Mortuary. Final services and burial will be in the St. James Cemetery, Clare, Iowa.
