Mary Barry dies in Des Moines

Belmond — Miss Mary Barry, 89, died Monday at the Bishop Drumm Home, Des Moines. Funeral services will be Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Francis Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery with Fulton Funeral Home in charge. The daughter of James and Bridget Barry, she had lived in Belmond until about two years ago. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Nell Bock, Belmond; a brother, George, Waterloo; and two nieces who she reared, Mrs. Bud (Mary Elizabeth Blake) Pritchard, Mesa Ariz.; and Mrs. Bob (Kathryn Ann Blake) Denney, Clear Lake.
