Michael Francis McGrath, 65, passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2012 in the Lincoln National Forest. He was born on Tuesday, February 4, 1947 in Clarion, IA to Thomas and Neva (Rapp) McGrath. Mr. McGrath served in the United States Navy from 1964 to 1968. He was a General Contractor and owned McGrath Construction. He is survived by his son; Mikel McGrath of Corpus Christi, TX; his daughter, Shawna Armendariz and husband Marcos of Sierra Vista, AZ; granddaughters, Cassidy and Savannah McGrath; three grandsons, Weston, Dakota and Bryson Armendariz and several close friends. Cremation has taken place and no public services are scheduled. The McGrath family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the arrangements.
