Gus Bouillon, Nashua, Dies

NASHUA ---- Funeral services were held Monday evening in St. Michael's Catholic church for Gus Bouillon, 77, who died Friday afternoon in Cedar Valley hospital, where he had been a patient since Thursday night. Interment was in St. Michael's cemetery. Rev. Louis Flynn officiated. The Rosary was recited at Chenoweth and son funeral home Sunday night.

Bouillon is survived by his wife, a son, Ransom, Nashua; five daughters, Mrs. Cecil Ames and Mrs. Donald Bailey, both of Nashua; Mrs. Henry Martin, rural Charles City; Mrs. Earl Bean, Waterloo and Mrs. James Bryan, Geneva, Ill. There are 25 grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.

He was born in Alsace, Lorraine, France, March 10, 1876 and came to America as a young man. He settled in Clarion. In 1927 he came to Charles City and in 1951 to Nashua where he has lived since.
