SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Roberta E. Bisgaard, 90, of Scottsdale died Saturday, July 23, 2011, in Plaza Healthcare, after a long illness. Born Oct. 10, 1920, in Goldfield, Iowa, the daughter of John and Annie (Cornell) Ulrey. She lived in Rockford, Ill., for many years with her former husband, Will Bisgaard, who was the pastor of Forest City Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Paul Bisgaard of Virginia; brother, Elzie Ulrey of Rockford; sister, Cleora Vance of Rockford; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial service was held in Scottsdale, and a private burial will be held in Wyoming Township Cemetery, Paw Paw, Ill.
