Funeral services for Bernold Opheim were held Friday, Oct. 30 (1964) at St. Olaf Lutheran church, Pastor Kraabel officiating. Casket bearers were Arnold Larson, Ted Kinseth, Leonard Harmon, Vernon Rutz, Donald Rutz, Royal Hansen, Harold Lane and Marcus Rolland. Special music was "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring" by Bach, sung by Dale Vige. Organ numbers were "Theme From New World Symphony" by Dvorak, and "Largo" by Handel, played by Mrs. David Engel. Interment in St. Olaf cemetery near Bode.
