Everett "Bus" Clyde Madson, Sr.
Jul 13, 1918 – Feb 4, 2011Survived by wonderful wife of 68 years, Eleanora A. Klinger Madson; children: Everett "Buzz" C. Madson Jr., M.D. and wife Priscilla "Percy," Carol L. Russell and husband Rick; 9 grandchildren: Brandon, Courtney, Lindsey, Justin, Christian, Brittany, Joel, Sara and Mark; 17 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Born in Eagle Grove, IA, Bus moved to Omaha in his childhood. He served in the Army during World War II and worked at Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Company from 1938 until his retirement as Chief Internal Auditor in 1980. Among many interests, Bus enjoyed golf, reading, Nebraska football and getting together with family and friends.
SERVICES Thursday, 11am, West Center Chapel. Memorials may be directed to Prevent Blindness Nebraska. HEAFEY-HEAFEY-HOFFMANN DWORAK-CUTLER WEST CENTER CHAPEL.
