MASON CITY — Leon D. Adreon, 80, of 665 15th St. S.E., died Tuesday (March 24, 1998) at North Iowa Mercy Health Center East. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Hogan-Bremer Colonial Chapel, 126 Third St. N.E., with the Rev. Linda Bibb, of the First United Methodist Church, Corwith, officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery, Mason City, with full military honors conducted by the Mason City Veterans Memorial Association. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Hogan-Bremer Colonial Chapel, and one hour prior to services on Saturday.

Leon Donald Adreon was born April 30, 1917, at Corwith. Survivors include three daughters, Lurlia Fisher, Klemme, Roselend Claude, Corwith, and Rena Freiberg, Corwith; and two sons, Dayton Adreon, Britt, and Allen Adreon, Marengo. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, one son, two brothers, and one sister.
