Lillian G. Rogness, 99, of Richfield, Minnesota, and Xenia, Ohio, passed away Friday, August 29, 2003, at the Richfield Health Center. She was born January 30, 1904, in Eagle Grove, Iowa, the daughter of Peter and Mattie Kluge Larson. She was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Edina, MN. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Genell and Carl V. Benner, Xenia, Oh., and a son and daughter-in-law, Mark V. and Ruth Rogness, Phoenix, Az., two grandchildren, Noelle (Christopher) Codrington, England, and Chad Leverson, Richfield, Mn., three great-grandchildren, Alexander, Cecilia, and William Codrington, all of England, and a step-granddaughter, Andrea Benner, Greenville, Oh. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon H. Rogness, December 5, 1985, and the last of her immediate family, she was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters.

Services will be held at 2pm, Wednesday, September 3, at the Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia, with the Rev. Glen Bengson officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 pm Wednesday until service time. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the First Evangelical Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 287 W, Main St., Xenia, Oh. 45385.
