Estel Beiswanger, age 92, retired from DeCoursey Dairy, died October 12, 2007. Visitation 2 to 8pm Sunday at Smith Family Mortuary 1415 N. Rock Rd, Derby; service 2pm Monday at Hatfield-Smith Funeral Home, 219 W. 2nd St., Belle Plaine; burial will follow at Udall Cemetery. Estel was preceded in death by his wife, Laura and sisters, Lilla and Fern. Survivors include: son, Dennis (Cynthia) Beiswanger, Derby; grandchildren, Deanna (Rob) Zechmann, Boston, MA, Kim (Jarrod) Foster, Derby, Brylee Beiswanger, Derby; great granddaughter, Addison Foster. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to The Lord's Diner, 520 N. Broadway, Wichita, KS 67214.
