SIBLEY, Iowa - Richard Jenkins Sr., 88, of Sibley died Wednesday at Sibley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Andringa Funeral Home in Sibley. Burial will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday in The Clarion Evergreen Cemetery, Clarion, Iowa. Visitation will be 2 to 9 p.m. Monday, with the family present 7 to 8:30 p.m., at the funeral home.
