RICHARD MILLARD FILLMORE, 67, Shepherd Ave., Deltona, died Friday. Born in Corwith, Iowa, he moved to Deltona from Tampa in 1990. He was an air charter manager for the U.S. Postal Service. He was Episcopalian. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors: wife, Dorothy G.; sons, Richard M. Jr., Deltona, John R., Cocoa Beach; brothers, Dr. R.S., Temple, Texas, Benjamin D., Dallas.
