Comments: Her parents were John and Mary Swartzendruber Gunden. She moved to Pigeon as a child. She was a wonderful bread baker and she worked as a housekeeper throughout the community for many years. She was preceded in death by 5 brothers - Christian, John, Joseph, William, and Theodore; 8 sisters - Katie Kauffman, Emma Bender, Lizzie Steckley, Lydia Mayer, Annie Gunden, Agnes Byler, Fannie Yoder, and Mary Albrecht. The funeral service was Wed., Dec. 1, 1993.
