FOREST CITY -- Roy Lovik, 74, of Forest City, died Wednesday (July 23, 1997) at North Iowa Mercy Health Center, Mason City. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Gary Marzolf officiating. Burial will be in the Ell Township Cemetery, Klemme. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Petersen Lund Funeral Home, 505 N. Clark. Roy Lovik was born Oct. 18, 1922, in Cerro Gordo County. Survivors include one sister, Irene Peterson of Riceville; and four brothers, Harry Lovik of Madrid; Lloyd Lovik of Forest City; Virgil Lovik of Fertile, and Orville Lovik of Gulf Port, Miss. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, an infant brother, two brothers and one sister.
