Ray Palmby, 90, of Redwood Falls, Minnesota and formerly of Mankato and Lakefield, died Monday, Sept. 30, 2002, at Sunwood Good Samaritan Care Center in Redwood Falls. Services are 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, 2002, at First United Methodist Church in Redwood Falls, with burial in the Vernon Center Cemetery. Visitation will be 9 - 10 a.m. Thursday at the church. Arrangements are with Nelson-Martin Funeral Service in Redwood Falls.

He is survived by his son Robert Palmby of Tall Timbers, Md.; daughters, Elenore Boots of Redwood Falls, and Deborah Ridgewall of Wildwood, Mo.; sisters, Bernice Case of Lake Crystal, and Gladys Domonoske of Rochester; and brother Clarence Palmby of St. Paul. He was born Nov. 30, 1911, in Klemme, Iowa, to Ernest and Addie (Hartbeck) Palmby.
