ROCKWELL, IA -- Dorothy M. Wilson, 75, of 306 East Douglas, Rockwell, died Tuesday evening (June 25, 1996) at North Iowa Mercy Health Center East, Mason City. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Rockwell, with the Rev. Ernest Thompson, interim pastor, and the Rev. Robert Dodge officiating. The family will greet friends from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Fullerton Funeral Home, Rockwell. Interment will be at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Swaledale.

Dorothy was born on Jan. 20, 1921, in Garner, Iowa, the daughter of Ben F. and Nettie (Griffin) Greiman. She graduated from Klemme High School. Dorothy was united in marriage to George Wilson on June 22, 1939, in Mason City, at The Methodist Church. To this union were born five daughters, who she enjoyed spending time with. She assisted in operating the Wilson Tavern in Swaledale with her husband. She enjoyed tending her flower and vegetable garden, especially her yellow roses. She spent her extra time doing crossword puzzles, playing cards, especially 500, and spending time with her family. Dorothy was a member of the Martha Circle and St. Peter Lutheran Church of Rockwell.

Dorothy is survived by her five "girls," Barbara and her husband, Allan Formanek, of Clear Lake, Janet and her husband, Robert Arndt, Nancy and her husband, Dennis Ward, all of Rockwell, Linda Larson of Dallas, Texas; Beth and her husband, Dennis Milbrandt, of Rockwell; 11 grandchildren; 12 greatgrandchildren; two sisters, Donna Finders, of Glendale, Ariz., Nellie Flagler, of Phoenix, Ariz.; one brother, Walter Greiman, of Milan, Mo.; two sisters-in-law, Ardisce Greiman of Mason City, Iowa; and Margaret Greiman of Garner, Iowa. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George; two sisters, and two brothers.
