Ned Lee Howard, 88, of Sebring died Thursday at home. A native of Albia, Iowa, he moved to this area in 1962 from Klemme, Iowa. He was a farmer and Methodist. He is survived by four sons, Melvin of Ocala, Roger of Denton, Texas, Elmer of Omaha, Neb., and Raymond of Sundance, Wyo.; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Sebring.
