Reverend Floyd F. Klotzbach, Age 93 of Fairfield, Ohio passed away Thursday April 17, 2008 at Mercy Hospital. He was born April 28, 1914 in Klemme, Iowa the son of the late Levi and Eva (Samson) Klotzbach. Rev. Klotzbach was married to Dorothy Slabaugh Klotzbach and she preceded him in death in 1996. He served as pastor at Calvary and Fairfield Missionary churches and later retired from teaching in the Fairfield School District after many years of service. Rev. Klotzbach participated in a host of missionary trips during his life, including trips to China, Kenya, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Africa, Guatemala, and Venezuela. He is survived by his son, Noel (Melanie) Klotzbach; his daughter, Cynthia (Ronald) Robinson; 4 grandchildren, Erin Klotzbach, Josh (Carrie) Robinson, Adam Klotzbach, and Jennifer (Rob) Hummel; 2 great grandchildren, Levi and Regan Robinson, and his brother, Louis (Janet) Klotzbach. Visitation 5-8 PM Sunday at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield. The funeral service will be conducted at 10 AM Monday April 21, 2008 at the First Church of God 3100 Princeton Road with Dr. Keith Gebhart, officiating. An additional funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Tuesday April 22, 2008 at Hepton Union Church, Nappanee, Indiana the church where Rev. Klotzbach served as pastor. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions would be appreciated to a memorial fund in Rev. Klotzbach's memory benefiting Posadas Theological Seminary, Posadas, Argentina, in care of First Church of God, 3100 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
