CLARION—Wayne J. Mourlam, 71, of Clarion, died on Sunday, December 10, 2006, at the USA Healthcare Center, Clarion. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, December 12, at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center, Webster City, with the Rev. Bob Miller officiating. Burial was in the Graceland Cemetery. The Foster Funeral & Cremation Center was in charge of the arrangements.
