Helen Cornelius, 79, of Northwood, dies Sunday (April 7, 1996) at North Iowa Mercy Health Center, Mason City. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Zion Lutheran Church, rural Lake Mills, with the Rev. Gary Johnson officiating. Special services will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Mittelstadt Funeral Home, Lake Mills.

Helen Cornelius was born Sept. 28, 1916, near Klemme. She is survived by twin sisters, Winnie Buss, Klemme, and Carrie Pringnitz, Belmond; Lubbe Albers, Clear Lake. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers and two sisters.
