Marvis Tideback, 85, Aitkin, MN, died August 26, 2004. A private service will be held at a later date. She was born Sept. 8, 1918 in Palo Alto County to Roy and Bessie (Crane) Lowman. She graduated from Clear Lake High School. She married Russell Tideback in 1948. She worked for over 50 years for R. W. Courson Insurance in Belmond, retiring as office manager. She was a member of the Belmond United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, and brothers, Irvin, Ben and Hyle Lowman. Survivors include son Larry of Aitkin; brother Victor Lowman of Phoenix, AZ; and grandchildren Lynn Robbins of Klemme and Jodie Foster of Lakewood, MN.
