Ralph E. McDougle, 84, died April 25, 2002 at a nursing home in Baltimore. Services were held April 29 at Smith-Crates Funeral Home, North Baltimore, OH with burial in McComb Union Cemetery. Ralph was born November 15, 1917 in Townwood, Putnam County, to George G. and Eleanore Forney McDougle. He married Etheleene Dennis on March 18, 1936. He retired from Central Soya, Bellevue, in 1980 after working 45 years in the grain elevator business. He was preceded in death by his wife; brothers Serge, Harold, and Gerald; sister Dorothy Aller; an infant sister; and grandson Jon Morris of Belmond. Survivors include: sons Edwin of Toledo, OH, Dennis of Salt Lake City, UT, and Jerry of Bellevue, OH; daughter Sherry Morris and her husband Richard of Belmond; brothers Virgil of Carey, OH and Jay of Williamstown, OH; sisters Iva Johnson and Reva Bigelow, Toledo, OH; 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
