August 17, 1883 -- March 28, 1964

Noel B. Lewis, 80, a Vancouver resident since 1934, died here Saturday. Born August 17, 1883 in Eagle Grove, Ia., Lewis lived at 1900 E. Thirty-ninth Street. A retired sheet metal worker, Lewis was a member of the Woodmen of the World. Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Vancouver Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Carroll E. Fairbanks officiating. Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Lewis is survived by his widow, Frances, Vancouver; three daughters, Mrs. Beryl Fettig, Choteau, Montana, Mrs. Robert (Noella) Blake of Princeton, Minnesota, and Mrs. Joe (Mavis) Pfieffer of Huntington Beach, California; and nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
