KANAWHA, IA -- Ruby J. Kudej, 79, of Kanawha, died Tuesday (Feb. 25, 1997) at home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Matthew Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Amsterdam Cemetery. Visitation will begin after 3 p.m. Friday at the Ewing-Dugger Funeral Chapel, with the family greeting friends from 7 to 8
p.m. and one hour prior to services Saturday at the church.

Ruby J. Kudej was born Aug. 13, 1917, in Garner. Survivors include one daughter, Barb Grisvold, Des Moines; one son, David Kudej, Grinnell; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one sister.
