ALEXANDER, IA--Ella Bohlen, 94, of Alexander, died Friday (Nov. 24, 1995) at the Belmond Healthcare Center. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Tenold Funeral Chapel, Belmond. Burial will be in the Alexander Cemetery. Ella Bohlen was born Aug. 31, 1901, at Alexander. Survivors include her daughter, Delores Lavender of Des Moines; one son, Roland Bohlen of Clear Lake; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Edith Talentino of Berwyn, Ill. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters and one brother.
