Belva Neubauer, age 82, of Williams, died on Tuesday, January 6, 2004 at the Crestview Manor Nursing Home in Webster City. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Saturday at the Surls Funeral Home in Iowa Falls with burial in the Alden Cemetery. There will be one hour of visitation prior to services.

Belva May Neubauer was born on November 22, 1921 in Vincent, Iowa the daughter of James and Ethel (Vandeeventer) Dingman. She attended school in Webster City. She was united in marriage to Lewis Neubauer on January 5, 1940. She is survived by her step-son, Delroy Neubauer of Williams; two sisters, Lila Mix of Colorado Springs, CO. and Mavis Kleckner of Webster City; two brothers, Duane Dingman of Webster City and Gerald Dingman of Webster City; 5 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lewis; an infant daughter, Reta Kay Wilson; brothers, Isaac, Vernon, Francis; and William Dale Dingman; and sisters, Wilma Graham, Lillian Logston, and Viola Doolittle.
