BELMOND, IA--Della Breitenkamp, 86, of Belmond, died Friday (May 10, 1996) at the Belmond Community Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Tenold Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. H. Mark Else of the Church of Nazarenee in Clarion officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Rowan. Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral
home and Monday until time of services.

Della was born May 22, 1909, at Getaway, Ohio. Survivors include two daughters, Bertha Dockwell and June Chapman, both of Belmond; three stepdaughters, Della Marie Miller of Ames, Geraldine Bisbee of Blairsburg, and Marilyn Sherrow of Arizona; stepson, Bill Breitenkamp of Blairsburg; a brother, Albert Langdon of Spring Valley, Minn.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband [William Retleff] and her second husband.
