CLARION — Irene A. Sweet, 81, of Clarion, died Friday (Oct. 31, 1997) at the Clarion Health Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Chapel of the Willim Funeral Home, with Mark Young of the Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Irene was born Nov. 2, 1915, at Homer. Survivors include two sons, Roger and Jim of Clarion; and one daughter, Roseane Paullin of Grimes; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one daughter.
