Archibald Donaldson, formerly of Ormstown PQ, died at the home of his sister, Mrs. E. L. Stanley, of Sault Marie, Michigan, age 77 years. He was born in Upper Ormstown PQ in July 14,1857. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Anna Lawlor [Lalor] of Eagle Grove Iowa, and Mrs. Lillian Smalley of St. Louis MO. Two sons, Wallace of Colorado, and John Hugh of Irvington, Nebraska, and one sister Mrs. Stanley of the Sault. Mr. Donaldson, whose home is in Woolstock, Iowa, came to the Sault seven weeks ago to be with his sister. Private funeral service was held at the Stanley Home Friday afternoon. The body was taken to Webster City Iowa, for burial.
